Earthstompers donating R 1000 per client towards Prochorus Comunity Developments  in Kayamandi - Stellenbosch

For every student/volunteer from Prochorus that join our 6 Day Garden Route Adventure we will donate R1 000 of final tour price towards Prochorus for the benefit of the comunity in the Township Kayamandi.

What is Prochorus?

Prochorus Community Development is a non-profit , section 21 company based in Kayamandi, Stellenbosch. It owes it existence to the consolidation of several projects, wich have run for several years. These include: Computer literacy classes, scholarship and sports programmes, emergency relief, distribution of clothes, blankets and food, cre'che support, soup kitchen, rape and abuse counselling, evangelistic outreaches and guided tours of area. The scope of its work is not restricted to this township allone but includes all peviously disadvantaged groups in Stellenbosch. We believe that helping the poor is a task and privilege of the advantaged communities and Prochorus is a vehicle through wich the church reaches out to the poor in the broader community.
