Now, more than ever, we need to get our teams together and stand strong. We believe there’s no better way to get together and lift the spirits than cooking together, especially good food prepared around a fire!
Let us host your next team building or year-end function in the form of a potjiekos competition, in partnership with our sister company, Cape Food & Wine.
About the competition
This activity is based on the program “Ultimate Braai Master”. The group is divided into teams. Each team should come up with a specific theme and team name to have a cooking contest against each other.
The teams will then draw numbers for specific order in which to collect their ingredients from our farm to table/farmers market themed pantry, supplied by us.
A certain amount of time will be given to complete the task of making the best possible Potjie, or original exquisite dish.
How it works
Each team member will have to be involved, as a panel of judges will allocate points for specific categories!
We will provide a Score Sheet for as many teams as you would like to have competing.
Points will be earned for Team Name/Theme, Team Input, Originality, Presentation and Taste. This will all be communicated to competitors before the competition starts.
