It is with great pride that we brought home the Western Cape provincial award for Tour Operator of the Year at the 2018 Lilizela Awards!
The Lilizela Awards are sponsored by South African Tourism, with the mission to recognise and reward South African tourism businesses who deliver world-class services. We are so pleased to be among this year’s winners.
This award belongs firstly to our tour guides, who bring the vibe, energy and passion to our guests week after week, all while driving thousands of kilometers safely. Thank you Steph, Rochelle, Ferne, Pieter and Christine for “stomping” so passionately and taking great care of our guests.
It also belongs to our office team: Nicolene, Storm, Fazlin & Cindy – for giving excellent customer service from the first phone call or email, going the extra mile to make special arrangements for guests, and for following through with small favors like shipping lost items back to guests – we appreciate all you do!
We also share this award with our accommodation, meal and activity suppliers. Thank you for making our guests feel at home and for giving them experiences of a lifetime. Together, we are the face of South Africa and create the impressions and memories of South Africa that will last a lifetime.
