We’re incredibly honored to receive this award. The good news blows new wind in our sails, which is much needed at this time!
Earthstompers is a small family business, run by husband and wife team Hendrik and Chrissy Human. Hendrik was born and raised in Mossel Bay and started Earthstompers nearly 15 years ago. He wanted to show off the beautiful part of the world he grew up in. Chrissy came to South Africa from her home in America in 2012, caught safari fever, and never returned to America!

This tour in particular goes from Cape Town through to Addo Elephant Park in the Eastern Cape. Along the way, this tour supports hundreds of jobs, from travel agents, airline staff, tour guides, petrol attendants, accommodation workers, housekeepers, National Park rangers, and restaurant staff. This is what makes me most proud, and most eager to get the tourism industry running again. International travelers going on this tour supports hundreds of jobs in South Africa.”

We end off every day at a handpicked owner-run accommodation establishment. Guests can interact with the locals around a fire and enjoy a traditional South African meal.
